BUYER:

The natural or legal person who places the order and accepts this agreement.

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price, payment method and delivery information are specified in the order confirmation email and invoice.

• The basic features of the product are announced on the SELLER's website.
• The sales price includes the total amount including taxes.
• Payment options: Credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

• The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and been informed about all information regarding the basic features, sales price, payment method and delivery conditions of the product.
• The BUYER acknowledges that they have made the necessary examinations about the product before purchasing and placed the order accordingly.
• The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents if any.
• The SELLER delivers the product within 30 days. The delivery period starts from the order confirmation date.

• Products will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form.
• Delivery will be made within 30 days at the latest. This period will not exceed the legal 30-day period in any case.
• If the product price is not paid for any reason or is cancelled in bank records, the SELLER is considered to be released from the obligation to deliver the product.
• Delivery costs belong to the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
• The SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price instead of the ordered product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Written notification must be made to the SELLER within 14 days,
• The product must be unused and unopened,
• It must be returned with the invoice.

Return conditions: The SELLER returns the total amount to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest after the withdrawal notification reaches them.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

• Products whose prices depend on fluctuations in financial markets
• Custom-made products prepared according to the BUYER's requests
• Products that may spoil quickly or have an expiration date
• Hygiene products whose packaging has been opened after delivery
• Products that are mixed with other products after delivery
• Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines provided under subscription agreements
• Services performed instantly in electronic environment
• Audio-visual recordings or software (if packaging is opened)

• Defects occurring within the warranty period are repaired or replaced free of charge.
• The warranty period varies depending on the product and is delivered with the warranty certificate.
• Defects caused by user errors are not covered by the warranty.
• Authorized service information is on the warranty certificate.

• Payments made by credit card are protected with 256-bit SSL security certificate.
• Credit card information is never stored by the SELLER.
• Iyzico secure payment infrastructure is used.
• Extra security is provided with 3D Secure verification.

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they make the payment for the order placed through the Site. The SELLER is obliged to make the necessary software arrangements to obtain confirmation that this agreement has been read and accepted by the BUYER on the site before the order is placed.
