Refund
Your money will be refunded within 3-5 business days after product inspection.
Return Conditions
- Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Product tags must be intact.
- Application must be made with invoice or order number.

Refund Information
After the returned product reaches us and is inspected, your money will be refunded within 3-5 business days according to your payment method. For payments made by credit card, the refund period may vary depending on your bank.

To exchange a product, first initiate the return process, then create your new order. This way, you can quickly receive your new product based on stock availability.
