How can I track my order?
You can track your order and shipping status by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. You can also use the shipping tracking link in the order confirmation email.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for orders of 500 TL and above. For orders below 500 TL, the standard shipping fee is 29.90 TL.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. Delivery to major cities may be faster. Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability.
Can I change my order address?
You can change the address by calling our customer service before your order is shipped. Address changes cannot be made after shipping.

We offer credit card, debit card, bank transfer and cash on delivery options. We offer installment options for all credit cards.
What are the installment options?
We offer 2, 3, 6 and 9 installment options for all bank credit cards. Additional installment options may be available during campaign periods.

How does the return process work?

Will I pay the return shipping fee?
No, we cover the return shipping cost. After receiving your return code, you can send the package for free.
How long does the refund take?
Your money will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the product reaches us. For payments made by credit card, the time for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.
